StarRupture Corporations Guide: Overview & Upgrades

  • from PLITCH
  • 22.01.2026

Knowing which corporations to prioritize in StarRupture can save you a lot of time and resources. Some upgrades have a much greater impact early on than others. This StarRupture Corporations Guide shows you which corporations to level first and why these choices make early progression much smoother.

How to Increase Corporation Levels in StarRupture

After completing the tutorial, the Corporate Terminal in your habitat becomes available. Here, you manage all five corporations and track their trust levels. Raising these levels unlocks better recipes and smoother progression.

There are two main ways to increase corporation levels:

Use Data Points for Early Progress

Data Points are earned while exploring and at the Analyzing Station. They can be spent directly in the Corporate Terminal.

  • Great for the very early game
  • Early levels are cheap and fast
  • Useful if you need a quick unlock

Be careful, though. Data Points are also needed for recipes, which matter much more later.

Export Materials Into Orbit

This is the long-term and intended way to level corporations.

  1. Build an Orbital Cargo Launcher
  2. Check which items each corporation wants
  3. Set up production lines
  4. Send items using rails

This method takes time, but it’s far more efficient in the long run. Once automated, corporation levels will rise steadily without manual effort. If you want consistent progress, exports should be your main focus.

All StarRupture Corporations and Their Rewards

Each corporation focuses on a different aspect of the game. Four corporations go up to level 11, while Clever Robotics reaches level 13. Below is a clear overview of what each corporation does and why it matters.

Important Delivery Tip

When a corporation offers multiple recipe options, they are not equal. Choosing the right item saves time and resources.

  • One option often gives fewer trust points
  • Always compare before sending materials
  • Some exceptions exist, but they are rare

Which One Should You Level Up First?

In the early game, leveling corporations is fairly easy. Most required materials are already available through the basic structures unlocked during the tutorial. This lets you push through early levels without running into resource issues.

A solid general rule is to bring all corporations to level two first. These upgrades are inexpensive and unlock essential baseline systems. After that, prioritize corporations that directly improve exploration, production, and combat.

  1. Moon Energy Corporation to level three

This unlocks the Map, one of the most important tools in the early game. It helps you plan routes, locate resources, and understand the layout of Arcadia 7. The Recipe Station, unlocked earlier, is secondary to this.

  1. Selenian Corporation to level two

Level two unlocks the Fabricator. Many early- and mid-game delivery orders rely on Fabricator items. Having it early makes production chains much smoother and saves a lot of time.

  1. Griffits Blue Corporation to level two

This gives you your first proper weapon, making exploration much safer. Enemies become far less of a roadblock once you can defend yourself properly.

  1. Clever Robotics to level two

Unlocks Personal Storage in your habitat. Your inventory fills up quickly as you explore, and this upgrade keeps your base organized and manageable.

  1. Future Health Solutions to level three

Grants the Regeneration Chamber and Medtool. These allow you to heal during combat and set respawn points, which become increasingly valuable as enemy encounters increase.

  1. Selenian Corporation to level three

Unlocks eight additional inventory slots, a major quality-of-life upgrade once resource gathering ramps up.

Early vs Late Game Progression

During the early game, you can freely prioritize corporation upgrades since most materials are already unlocked. Later on, progression becomes interconnected. You’ll need upgrades from one corporation to support another, which naturally pushes you to level several corporations together.

After these early upgrades, you can handle the remaining deliveries in any order that fits your playstyle.
